Thank you for the support, it is greatly appreciated. I agree, I hope Konami doesn't stop this port. Historically they have not really bothered fans making fan games, only taking action with those that are trying to sell the game using their IPs (can't really fault them for that).

Sadly, based on how our trademark and copyright laws are setup, they have to or risk losing the rights.

Although, I would love to see someone make a Pariodius style homage to Castlevania - like a Smash Bros style mixing of characters in the Castlevania universe. I think that would be freaking awesome. I know Nintendo did something similar with the NES Remix release. Just a dream but man, dreams make life more fun.
