That is something I wish more of these independent homebrew developers would do, especially when working with a property owned by someone else - release the code. Release demo versions as you go. A C&D is coming, we know Nintendo won't wait long, so why chance it?

I am not advocating piracy but stuff like this could help many others learn and continue forward on various projects.
