RE: But Can It Play Doom? Keyboard with Video Display Announced
I agree. This is a little much, information overload at it's best. I could see this working if they could get it operating like a newer Sega Dreamcast VMU of some sort. Not sure what information they could

RE: Xbox Live for Original Xbox Coming Back Online
I agree, but, there is something about playing on original hardware. Even cooler when it includes something such as bringing back online multiplayer like this service is. Odds of me trying this? None.

RE: Contra Meets Donkey Kong Country 2 in Squitterâs Spider Quest Hack
I love the music from the Donkey Kong Country games, a lot of the first party music on SNES was pretty freaking amazing though. I am going to have to give this one a run this long weekend. It looks too

RE: Street Fighter II Champion Edition on Sega Master System Getting Improvement Update
I agree, powered by fans is the best powering. Fans with passion will do amazing things that we never thought of before. Man, that controller must have been extremely badass!

RE: Die Hard Game Fan (April 1993)
Oh man, this brings back memories. I collected this magazine as it was being published. I even worked on a scanning/archive project (two of them actually) that digitally copied these publications. With

That is freaking awesome! The SNES version was my first experience with the game at home and what an experience it was.

RE: Street Fighter II Champion Edition on Sega Master System Getting Improvement Update
I loved SFII on the Super Nintendo. I never got into the whole third party controller market though, I rocked the original SNES controllers for it. I did, with Soul Calibur on Sony PlayStation, purchase

RE: Fan Ports NES Duck Hunt to Commodore 64
It is cool that they included mouse support, a peripheral that was not exactly widely available for the Commodore 64. Neat little touches like that make these indie releases so much fun.

Definitivamente fue un juego divertido, tengo buenos recuerdos jugĂĄndolo con mi padre. TenĂa malas articulaciones en sus manos, por lo que juegos como Super Mario no eran juegos que pudiera jugar. Duck

It was definitely a "right of passage" for many of us. A life defining moment as a gamer for sure.

Unfortunately, the laws protecting these games (books, movies, music, etc) and the owners of them are archaic beyond stupidity (thanks partially to stalwarts such as Universal Studios and Disney among

RE: Legend of Zelda Work in Progress Shown, Source Released, on Commodore Amiga
Oh yeah, when I got the original Legend of Zelda game, I was enthralled with it. I did not have access to Nintendo Power so I was lost most of the time, having to old school it - figuring out things myself.

Exactly. I understand, independent developers are not under the same scrutiny for time and resources as professional ones are, but they still knock these things out of the park regularly.
