I had no idea this was even a thing until I found that video. Kind of wild how far tech was back in the early 80's.

Sadly, the horror genre is horribly represented in almost all facets of gaming. Very few stand out as great and actually scary. Thank you for the support, you are amazing.

I loved the original Diablo, I had hell getting into the sequel though. I much preferred the directness of the original, the challenge was just about right and it was focused - level after level with very

It is and bad marketing certainly can kill a great idea before fans even know it existed. Sadly, fans often find out about these forgotten releases many years later and lament wishing they knew prior.

I am definitely guilty of not showing support back to others like I should here. That is something I am working on. I agree, many great games go unnoticed because of lack of marketing. In this case, I

Ooh, TMNT Turtles in Time on SNES was absolutely amazing. Have you checked out the compilation that was released recently?

Make sure to have some way to play the ROM file such as a flash cart. The only piece of media I could find, embedded in the article there, is blurry (I am sure dude did his best) and I would love to see

You are welcome. I love digging these oddball things up, they can be so interesting. This one is quite cool in how they handled the "ball" traveling across the screen.

Oh wow. This is amazing. I like to think that someone related to those in these pictures may one day stumble across them and be excited that you preserved them like this. Such a cool idea and one that

Man, I love checking out these old video game magazines. I have a few hundred in my possession and love re-reading them, the “cutting edge” software and interviews especially are sometimes wild. Word Searcher,

Oh man, Double Dragon II was awesome. I remember buying Game Player's Magazine back in the day because it had a cover feature on that game (screenshots were horrible as usual for that publication). Great

Beetlejuice is an all time favorite for me. I fell in love with it the first time I saw it in theaters in Northern California. I remember walking to town with my best friend at the time on a Saturday

It is one of those "WTF" glitches for sure

Great article about such a wonderful area. I had only heard about the Great Smoky Mountains, you are the first to actually show the beauty of the area off. Some great pics, such as the one on the porch

I have always called them scrolling shooters since that is what the gaming publications of the day called them (single screen being Space Invaders type), then with the rise of First Person Shooters, scrolling

It is available on eBay, some sellers are much closer to the retail price than others. Still, $250+ for it is quite out of my price range personally. Lol

You are a trooper because I gave up early on and never went back. Luckily I played it thanks to my brother buying a copy so I was out nothing to find out this was not my style game.

I agree, some of these mods are just wacky sometimes. Look up the Quake 1 mods if you are ever bored. Some wild stuff there. Or look up Doom mods for even wackier stuff (Batman to Barney and more, lol).

This was created within just mere days of Stray being released too. Lol. I wonder what will come in a week?
