During St. Patrick's day parade in Chicago, besides trashes on street, we also smelled marijuana at a lot of places. There're so many cops in the crowd and I'm sure they smelled it too. Obviously, they don't care. This is bad since there're also many kids in the parade. Marijuana has a short and long term effects on our brain (bad ones) and we should not let kids exposed to this. I felt really ashamed taking them there. I will not go to this event next year.
