Falling in line with the posts I've been making recently regarding the reasons why I think Steem is going to continue to grow rapidly over the next few years is the idea of "The Content Effect".
"The Content Effect" refers to the viral nature of content on the internet. When you make a piece of content about any subject, that piece of content will get shared instantly to so many places: google, yelp, facebook, etc.
As that piece of content spreads (if it's good), it may reach a larger and larger audience which will cause people to read that content and visit the site that it was created on (be it D.tube, Steemit, Dlive, etc.)
Those people will head to whatever site distributed the content and then they may be intrigued to create an account (another reason for the easy signups update to steem and an ever-improving UI/UX)
As those people sign up, they may be inclined to create content themselves, which may lead to another few pieces of viral content.
And so the web grows intricately, 1 user creates 1 piece of viral content and causes 100 users to join and then out of those 100 users, 2 may create 2 pieces of viral content and cause 200 more users to join and so on...
This is just another reason why Steem can grow so exponentially and rapidly, it's like a snowball rolling down a hill. The snowball is constantly gaining more and more mass and velocity. It's just a matter of time my friends!
