It seems that the water mills in Rudăria are amazing even in the winter, and I visited this place last year in the summer, it was very lively, lots of tourists, we had the opportunity to experience the process of grinding corn and wheat grains.
I met nice people here, I liked their simplicity, their willingness to explain the whole milling process, all in all an experience I would like to have again.
