Glad to hear that someone else has visited Israel, and this country is a country of contrasts.
At least it left a good impression on me, but I had to step out of my comfort zone a bit, in big cities I can say that life goes on like in any other European city while in some areas the differences are quite big.
I really like Arabic food and their spices so I didn't have a problem with the food, plus I'm used to eating any kind of meat.
For these pictures I wasted a lot of time, I had to wait for the right moment to not have too many people in the pictures, but believe me the city is extremely crowded.
