good to know and it kind of sounds like what my friends who live there were saying. They tell me that if you are in a big city, it is masks all the time everywhere. Once you get into the smaller communities, even tourist ones at the beach, that masks are rarely seen. But if you are there you have eyes on the ground and I am just operating off of what my friends tell me.
