As long as they keep their markup reasonable, I am always willing to pay an agent just for the personalized service. I could do this myself online but I consider my time valuable, esepcially if that time otherwise would be spent with very frustrating situations that are sort of designed to trick you into sub-par offerings that are cheaper because they suck.
