Lately, I have had to skip a day or two when it comes to doing drawing practice. I have to also... constantly remind myself why I'm learning to draw. Hopefully soon I can get good enough with general figure and gesture that I can start to think about blocking animation. I really need to study head drawing, study head structure, study better body anatomy and then start thinking about style and things - I do want to be relatively good at character design. Half of animation is about the person, the character... not knowing how to design them is really an issue for my career ambitions. I have to keep in mind why, because wow, it's fun! And laborous, but it doesn't have to be.

Oh and by the way, the grease pencil in Bforartists or Blender is super useful, you can change stroke width and strength AFTER you have drawn them, also sculpt in layers or all - it's all very cool.

I do admit though.. I am getting stressed with life. I have a hard deadline this week, couldn't work much yesterday. I have a house move soon, family leaving.

But with all that said, here are some of my drawings from earlier on last week and today.
