Good morning, everyone. 🙌

Yesterday I found about this band called Onuka, from Ukraine.

They were performing live and the full concert was being shown on TV, at some Hungarian channel. This sound is a bit outside my comfort zone but I really enjoyed their performance. I stayed up until 3 AM, totally glued to the screen.

It seems that they are quite known, as they were a big hit 2 years ago, when they performed at the interval of the Eurovision 2017 final - which Portugal won with the song from Salvador Sobral - Amar Pelos Dois.

Onuka play some kind of Electro-Folk music, a very eclectic style, mixing classical and contemporary tunes.

Even the instruments played by some band members are so bizarre I don't even know what they're called.

95% of the bands I listen to have a regular drum kit, a bass guitar, one or two electric guitars and a vocalist.

These guys are really different and outside the box.

Enough talk now, please enjoy this song. Give it a little time to kick off, because the intro lasts for nearly 2 and a half minutes. That's when the fun begins.

Here are the lyrics.

The language doesn't sound very natural but it's correct. According to the band, it is a robot trying to speak human. 😊
