They do not have a rocket for a logo for no apparent reason. It is obvious now that insiders have been accumulating and we might just see a massive run up.
This news may not have as big of an impact because we have seen projects such as TenX able to land VISA partnerships and it didn't 10x overnight.
XLM is NEEDED for the transaction with Stellar Lumens and why I like it better than XRP (Ripple). Ripple network doesn't need to use XRP for example.
