Original photo, no filter. I took this picture a few weeks ago when I was out and about on the East side of the city. I don't make it this way much but that's besides the point. I was over on that side just the other day and noticed the flowers were completely gone. Looks like parks and recreations decided to clear out a major area. From my observations it looks like it has something to do with extending the water streams but in order to do so they have to install a proper drainage system. A lot of work is to be had so I'm probably going to avoid this part of the city for a couple months.
