Original photo, no filter. The storms really have been moving in one after another lately but when there is a break in the weather I make sure to get out there and get some fresh air.
I took a walk down by the docks just last week and found a bunch of these purple flowers that were just starting to bloom. The combination of rain through the night and a little sun in the afternoon really makes them want to wake up. I have a feeling the next time I take a venture to that part of the city these things will be much bigger.
The dark green leaves in the background really promote the bright purple colors. Centered it for display, no edit just post.
