Hey folks, so we in the IT environment always get abbreviations thrown at us but in some cases we don't neccesarily understand so we end up looking a bit confused therefore I want to do a short post to help understand these better so next time we have an abbreviation thrown at us that we would be better prepared.
Let's get to it:
- AD - Active Directory
- DNS - Domain Name System
- DHCP - Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol
- OS - Operating system
- RDP - Remote Desktop
- GPO - Group Policy Object
- IIS - Internet Information Services
- TS - Terminal Server
