So depending on the type of issues experienced I would advise that you try out few of the troubleshooting steps that I would normally do in these types of scenarios.
A group of users complain that they have no network access.
Check that the switch is online.
Ensure that uplinks are securely plugged in.
Check switch configuration
Test connectivity to the core.
Users are getting the wrong IP address.
Check the vlan they have assigned to on their port.
Intermittent connectivity to the network for one user.
Change the port on the switch.
If still an issue, replace cabling based on process of elimination.
A user gets an apipa address.
Check the ip helper on the core, it needs to point to the DHCP server.
Switch constantly losing its configuration.
Replace the switch if you cannot save
