Keeping it simple, ABC
This is the most basic chart analysis and takes very little time to do.
In mathematics, the Fibonacci numbers are the numbers in the following integer sequence, called the Fibonacci sequence, and characterized by the fact that every number after the first two is the sum of the two preceding ones.
1 2 3 5 8 13 21 34 55 89 144 233 to infinity
Ex. 144 / 89 = 1.6179 or 1.62
Trading extensions of A wave - 1.62 2.62 3.62 4.62 times the move of A wave
Trading retracements - .618 and .382 are common Fibonacci retracemnts
So the world is coming to an end, well NO it's not at least not at this point. However, I wouldn't take any chances.
If we go back to all time new highs then the ABC setup to the downside is done and we use the extensions in the other direction (bullish).

This setup has one kink in it for a collapse, and that's the false breakout. Of course this isn't 100% just like everything else, but still probable and means you should question the end of the world.
The perfect setup is when the retest goes into the .236 and the .382 area. However, it doesn't always have to.
There can be a retest with a failed breakout and the setup still hits your targets to the downside.
The ABC setup works on the bullish side too, just invert the Fibo scales. So that leads me to the most important part in this post.
