I joined jesus mission word outreach as a teenager of 16years old,been brought up In a Christian home, I couldn't just sit in the congregation without doing any thing or joining any work force in the church , after the training one has to undergo before joining any department in church , I was finally admitted to been a member of the choir, that was were I met this lady, whenever anybody especially the head of choir says something or brings a rule, she always has something to about it, even when the statement made doesn't require an input.
One time she called my boyfriend now my husband and ask him why he was dating a girl like me?, in her statement I wasn't matured enough for a relationship and not educated, she advised him to go for a lady that was done with university, this really pissed me off ,I thought she was just been mean to me, because she is older, but that's not the case, I was only new to her attitude towards people, she talks down on people for no reason, but she doesn't let people give her advise or give her correction, to her she is always right . even when she was still in the choir she makes unnecessary argument , that when other officials in the choir try to correct her she takes it as a serious offense , to a point that she left the choir for no reason, till date no one could ask her why she left the choir, one Sunday I overheard her talking to one other member of our church that she's taking a leave from tgr choir, cause she is tired. Everyone has the same issue with her but she doesn't take correction no matter how soft ones tone is to her, she takes it as an insult ,especially when it comes from someone younger than her.
My complaint about her is that she feels she's always right about everything she does and doesn't take other people words or advise, and when it comes to getting things done, she's always bossy about it, I don't know if she is conscious of how she puts her words,but this has been a throne in the flesh for us as church member, cause now nobody corrects her on anything.
Olivia is a nice woman, cause she is a giver, one thing I like about her is that she gives a lot,when it comes to giving without looking back again, she does so a lot, there's no body in my church that she hasn't touched with her heart of kindness. Sometimes then, when she was still in the choir, she would sometimes bring homemade dishes from her house and share with everyone in the church.
One of her best attribute is giving she gives so well regardless of what it may be, that's why I feel one overlooks her bad side and concentrate on her good side.
