Moen jo daro is one of the oldest cities in the world.it is at a distance of 27 kilometres from larkana on the right bank of river indus.few people live to day. but four thousand and five hundreds year ago. it was a large busy city.Nobody knew anything until 1922.when some villigers found pieces of old smooth pots and old bricks.
The piece of old piece brought to sir john marshal,an english civil servant ,whose work it was to look after historical remains
so,the men started digging and as the dug,more and more such pieces came up.bit bit a city of straight roads ,and well built houses you can imagine how surprised and excited the people.
Each houses was made a large baked bricks and had bathroom and servant quarters closed by.
The best find of moenjo daro is the head of a bull,which was used as seal .A metal statue of a dancing girl has also be found.
The government of pakistan was built a museum near the moenjo daro for the people of pakistan and other other country tourists
