greets, dcity folks! :)
In this post i'll try to explain the difference between investing into population/ income cards.
You'll need a lot of folks while you play. This means population.
Then you have the Popularity factor.
Popularity multiplies population
in % percents!
For example around 1000 popularity you get 100% population bonus, which practically doubles your population! ;)
Yeah that's right. Despite you get some homeless / immigrants daily. You also need many more workers for the most of your buildings.
With a higher popularity of your city, you can easily get some population cards and you'll have many more workers :)
In this way you can build up your steady income (which you could probably put back in the game with some new cards of your preferred strategy)
so basically...
what I wanted to tell you is that:
of the price of one Basic Home you can get a Park.
one will give you 4 new citizens (with no negative popularity) and a simple daily income +1, which eventually will pay off the building at some time (ROI)
but I'll go with more Parks for now, 'cause my society needs to grow :) and i'm not going to pay much for new citizens! :D
Forest are not bad too. They give you a good +4 SIM every day.
Let's mention them in the next post...
hehe :)))
