Our stay at Eden Atenas in Costa Rica was one of the highlights of our trip. Each morning we drank coffee while looking through the colorful fauna and catching a stunning view of the nearby volcanoes. The hosts prepared delicious, vegan, and organic breakfast which was perfect before heading out on our day trips. What I would give to go back and relax on this deck overlooking the jungle.
