It's Sunday and we decide to go out to eat.
Where's ? Definitely in the mountains. Let's walk and then we'll see.
We arrive at Paesana, a well-known town in the Cuneo area near the Po river, where we see this splendid restaurant.
We sit down and start enjoying the dishes. There is of all tastes: from appetizers, to first courses, to main courses, to cheeses, to desserts.
As an appetizer we order a correct veal with tuna sauce with olives, delicious on the palate and slightly truffle and a piece of meat with mushrooms.
As a next dish we take an entrocote of meat with purée followed by a chopping board of cheeses.
We ends with a splendid dessert: a cheesecake on a biscuit bed with blackberries, raspberries and blueberries.
Fantastic day for the eaten dishes. Highly recommended, really catering specialists. We sure go back.
