This is a perfectly ordinary 1935 silver dime. Diameter 17.9 mm, weight 2.5 g, purity 900/1000.
The interesting question is how I got it. I don't know. I don't remember. It's in my album. ( I keep my most valuable coins, my collection, in capsules or card cases. Other valuable coins I keep in albums. My most common coins are in various boxes.)
I thought I'd take a look in my boxes. I'll say up front that I've never visited the US. I've never traveled outside of Europe.
Can you tell me how and where I got 45 American one-cent pieces? I don't know, really.
Or these nickels and dimes. I don´t know. I don´t know.
I just remembered @pocketechange. I remembered his predictions/divinations about the US monetary correction. It is interesting that he writes only about the American correction. Americans make up about 4-5% of humanity. Could such a revolutionary change in the monetary system take place in just one country?
I don't question his views. From a human point of view, it seems impossible. But nothing is impossible to God.
I assume that, like me, millions and millions of non-Americans will have millions of similar coins in their boxes and drawers. So if the fix goes through, a lot of people in the world will get rich. And so will I.
I promised myself that I would write at least 24 articles by January 25th. So this is the second one.
