I will create an open source web app from idea in the top comment
Several rules though:
- The idea should be non commercial, I won't create an internet shop for you
- Web app should not require a lot of R&D. I will surely not create another google for you. I am also unlikely to create something that requires months of work
- I am not a designer, so I will use some popular UI library like bootstrap or material design
- I will push source code to github with MIT license so you are free to use/update/distribute this code as you wish. If it is possible I will also host the app on git pages
Examples of good ideas:
- Reddit bot that does xyz
- Pick location and show nearest restaurants to you
- Visualize some concept e.g. how blockchain works
- Some specific calculator
- Better pomodoro timer
Examples that are unlikely to be implemented:
- Landing page
- Social network
- CRM
- ... hope you get the grasp
Also take into account that I am not Jack of all trades and I am not proficient in all aspects of computer science, however I will do my best and do as much research as needed to deliver a fully working and appealing application.
