Because I've done facilities management work before, but are no where near the expertise that you are, a couple things came to mind:
If I was actively in this role in downtown Honolulu, LA or New York.. I'd be looking for this information as a paid-for PDF & would pay $49.97 easy to have this at my fingertips.
Because i'm a bit of an Online Course advocate, web-designer & an Evernote Geek, I'd attach an "How to Manage Multi-Million Dollar Facilities Using One Tool & Never Dropping the Ball Again" Online Course :: film it : face-to-camera, then screenshare in Evernote. Now, for that I'd pay: $297.00.
And if you'd like to do something like this, I could easily help: Create the modules, help outline the class, edit the videos, upload to your Online Platform of choice, and let it start attracting your audience, not to mention ranking in Google for years to come.
