Whoa! That yellow pumpkin and almond combination sounds perfect. Is that ham also? If so, I would drizzle some forest honey on there, as it would accept ALL THREE ingredients. I've never seen this authentic Italian dish before. Very nice. Like I said, please keep posting these food posts...
