Good news. I will be in Thailand for three months likely within the next six months. Do you know how/if they are dispensing cannabis? Can it be gotten at the public Thai hospitals? Or are they simply granting a medical marijuana card to those who can prove legitimate need? I regularly get public hospital treatment (for anxiety meds) in Thailand, and receipts from past visits and prescriptions. Any more info you can provide? Thanks...
