Da Lat is gorgeous that has been frequented by tourists for its fresh, frigid air, four seasons of beautiful blossom, and imposing pine hills. The city also has many attractions for visitors to enjoy ranging from lush botanical gardens to amusement parks. Da Lat is a hotspot destination among travelers due to its sweet charm and tranquil setting. Every corner is an extreme virtual living spot.
Da Lat is a city in the Central Highlands of Vietnam. Sitting at an altitude of 1,500 meters, it is characterized by a cool climate and pine-covered hillsides. As soon as we arrived in Dalat, one of the first things we did was go see the beautiful pine hills. There are many other attractions in Dalat, but the awe-inspiring beauty of these hills is what captured our attention. No matter where you are in Dalat, it is always possible to see these hills and appreciate their natural beauty.
We headed out to the local pine tree forest where we enjoyed fresh air with little or no pollution. We were not disappointed when started to enjoy ourselves in the natural surroundings. The sun was shining brightly in the sky and warming up our skin after a few cold days in this highland province. It's the end of another year, and for many people, that means friends gathering together to celebrate. We chose to celebrate the last day on the hill, in the afternoon, we were glad that we reached the hill and spent a couple of hours enjoying the tranquility and fresh air.
As the city is known for its cool weather, many people come to Da Lat in order to get away from the heat. For those who live close to the center of town, it's just a short ride and you'll reach pine hills, where you can enjoy the fresh air and relax. One of these hills is the Doi Phu pine hill which provides a picturesque view of the area. It has many paths to walk on that offer different views.
Apparently, we don't need to walk too far to reach the hill and enjoy the fresh air. It's easy to get up there with plenty of stairs and a nice breeze. One word: refreshing! We're in awe of the sight of the little green plants swaying in the breeze and the sound of crunching leaves underfoot.
There are so many moments in life where we can get lost in nature, and not just marvel at all the beauty. It's a place to go and relax, to focus on simplicities, and find peace. Every time I get lost in nature, especially in beautiful places like this, I'm like a child just hanging around and lying on the grass looking at the clouds and sky while another friend of mine found a good spot to sit down and listen to the music, and another friend @crazy-bee kept walking around to explore and took photos. After a while, we sat down in silence, smiling, and absorbed the atmosphere together.
My friend can't wait to spend time outside and enjoy nature as she was under lockdown in Ho Chi Minh City for months before she moved to Da Lat. I could feel her excitement 😆
Da Lat is poetic by the immense pine trees hidden any time of the day. The setting sun shines through the pine forests, creating real chill corners for the traveler who has lost way on the peaceful plateau land. We decided to come back here for the camping the other day.
People come to Dalat for its natural beauty, so do I and one of the major reasons I visit is because there are many pine trees around. I love the evergreen coniferous type of tree as they have needles and cones. The green color makes me so happy and peaceful, especially when the sun reflects off them. When the wind blows, they make a rustling sound that I love to hear it.
We had 10 days traveling from Da Nang to Da Lat, half of it was spent in Da Lat but we still feel that's not enough time there to fully experience everything it has to offer. Lol
Among the various tourist destinations in Da Lat, one not to miss is the Pine Hills that surround the city. These hills are a major attraction for visitors who enjoy panoramic views from their summit and trekking through the old-growth forest of giant trees. So don't miss exploring the surroundings of Da Lat if you're here because there are plenty of things to do.
Though I finished the trip and came back to Da Nang, I still miss its rolling hills and fresh mountain air. My friends and I had a great time together. Thank you Khanh, Ha, and @crazy-bee for being amazing companions. It is not about the size of your group, it is about being able to enjoy each other's company and create memories that will last a lifetime. It's more special when I enjoy the last days of the year with my close friends in another city. 🙂 So glad that you guys were able to experience this fun camping trip with me! ❤️
