Description from Strava: You wake up feeling like you could take on the world, and by mid-morning you feel as though the world has almost swallowed you whole and you havenāt managed to do what youād planned...
To top it all off, lunch was left half-done, and I had to resort to the wood-burning stove⦠I thought: my dayās already gone pear-shaped. š And things went from bad to worse when the croquettes Iād put in to fry burnt. But anyway⦠Itās great just to breathe. I ate the croquettes as they were, burnt on one side. And I managed to book a bike delivery. At least that⦠One delivery and the chance of another first thing tomorrow morning. Itās not so bad, is it?
And now it turns out theyāve turned the electricity back on. My question is this: will it last all night? Will I be able to get some rest with the cool breeze from the fan or the air conditioning? Back in the day, when things were still ānormalā, Iād always end up switching off the air con before 4 am because I felt cold.
So what do you recommend I should do now? Should I prepare tomorrowās lunch? š Oh, itās so stressful.
Anyway, I got the delivery done in a flash.
