I recalled there was only cervantes and maybe 1 other witness who approved the entire set. There may be a lot of green but I didn't consider it to be an overall approval from wolf on 2/3 of the suggestions then, glancing from that chart.
Nevertheless, given this and his other statements, I can admit that I may likely be wrong in accusing him of impeding econ reform, and hereby apologize to @therealwolf over mistakenly thinking he was not a sincere proponent of improving economics. Regardless, I do wish for him to address the economics of vote selling and how he believes that can co exist with honest curation which is the main point of my initial comment
