This photo was taken in 1980 with an ilford HP5 film shot in development at 800 ASA at a Dollar Brands concert in Naples.
We see the world in color and it's easier to shoot this way. I feel that sometimes some scenes or subjects need to be photographed in black and white to best represent a particular mood or focus on something for which color could be a distraction.
