Motivation is having a reason to pay the price for success, which is never easy and requires effort, dedication and above all the will to never give up. Discipline for study is not easy either, as it requires giving up the things we like to assimilate the knowledge we need. From my point of view, if a person wants something with all his strength, he will find the motivation to make his dreams come true.
