Every day we have thousands of thoughts, feelings, memories, and emotions. We cannot ignore these. We have to go through all this every day, even if we don't want to go through them. From the time we wake up in the morning (Eating, varsity classes, assignments, exams, friends, family, love) throughout the day to when we lay down to sleep at night. No matter who we are, we all have thoughts swirling around in our heads. I need money; I need to study well. Don't they love me anymore? Do my friends hate me?
These are our daily thoughts! Isn't that so? We even think and feel in our dreams.
Will I get the job? Will I pass the exam? What if I fail math? I will meet them tomorrow. I will spend the whole day with them. Do our thoughts stop here? No! We think about our future, our family. Often, we don't realize how many ideas we have, and we get lost in them. Sometimes, we are not even aware that we are thinking. We keep thinking. We keep floating on our thoughts. It seems to be we are swimming in a sea of our thoughts.
As the night deepens, the views increase. Thoughts hold us back, even without sleep. We do not sleep for your overwhelming thoughts. Trapped in so many ideas, we react automatically; the ways we react, we don't even mean to respond, but we do. Yet there are some thoughts that we get stuck in, but even we want to. We realize that these thoughts are too much for us, yet we keep those thoughts in our heads and keep thinking. We must overcome so many ideas.
Where do all these thoughts come from? It can come from loneliness. Many of us like to be alone. But loneliness and being to be alone are not exact. We want to be alone out of a sense of comfort. But loneliness is when we are forced to be alone, or we have to be alone; if you feel lonely, then you are lonely. Loneliness is a purely subjective and individual experience.
We need to spend time with our loved ones and friends. Must refrain from spending time alone. Because spending time alone can make us lonely.
