Shouldn't we take breaks? A break from everything for a while, not saying to take a break forever, but I think we should let our brains take a slight rest.
We have specific daily routines, such as waking up in the morning, brushing teeth, taking a bath, having breakfast, going to work, returning home, and sleeping again. This routine revolves around the same day, week, month, and year.
What if we changed it or took a break for a while? I don't think anything will happen, maybe a few days will be wasted, but I don't think there will be much damage. But you can enjoy a free life for a while.
This is what happens in my case. I take a break from everything, even if it is one day a week. As soon as I wake up in the morning, I finish the essential work, then breakfast. Since the university is closed today, I didn't have to get up very early in the morning.
It was Saturday morning, and I was pretty excited.
Then suddenly I heard my mobile ringing a louder. I'm not too fond of it when it happens. I forgot to make the phone silent. Somehow I found the mobile.
I received the call and just put the mobile phone to my ear and did not say anything. "Hello," came the answer from the other side. His voice sounded like he was riding a bike and trying to talk at the same time. I said, "Yeah, who am I talking to?"
I'm talking about Sabbir. Are you ready Or haven't woken up yet.
I was baffled and didn't know what he was talking about. I couldn't remember anything so fast.
Do you hear me, hello?" Sabbir asked. I took a moment to remember what he was talking about.
Yes, I forgot. "We planned a trip to Sylhet.
I will be ready in an hour," I replied.
"Nice, pack your bags," he said and hung up. But, for me, it's not now or never, so I got ready to pack my bags.
Three other friends and I bought a bus ticket to Sylhet from the bus stand 20 km away from my home. Everyone is so excited; it's time to go on a trip with friends.
We finished the trip and came back home feeling satisfied. I will never forget that wonderful trip. Back home, I rested happily for a while. Then, because I knew I enjoyed it so much, I wanted to keep up the pace. And I know it, going to get up, brush teeth, take a bath, eat, go to work, come home and sleep again.
