Does love exist without conditions? Is there available a splash of unconditional love? Let's not reveal the answer so soon, There are different kinds of love. The love of a parent towards a children, the love between a man and a woman, the love between family members.
As human being, our expectations are very high on everything that is around us. Now this expectation can be condition and the feeling of this condition can be love. There are many will say that the love of parents is Unconditional. I agree, they love us more than they love their lives. Don't matter what, they do not expect misfortune for their child. But I would say that there is also an condition in the love of parents. They themselves were in love with each other at some point. Their love involves love, affection, feelings, responsibilities and duties which are can count as a conditions. The condition of their love for their children is expectation. They expect a lot from their children.
But I believe, just like you, that my parents love me unconditionally. I can never be a parent if I deny it or am not able to love my children unconditionally. Then i can be a teacher, a coach, a disciplinarian, a friend, and a master. But to be a parent, i must love my children unconditionally.
Now what about the love outside of parents. People talk about unconditional love and it always gets me laughing though. It's a little bit more complicated the love between a boy and girl .
It sounds beautiful, Isn't? There is no conditions, no expectations, just pure love. But the heart and the mind are too complicated for that. You leave them out every day for a few hours, they wait for you to come. When you come back, they are happy to see you. They love you so much that they don’t care about where you were or what you did. They have no worries about that, they are just waiting for you to come back. They are never angry with you. Because they love you so much. It is unconditional love. What unconditional love is!?. Unconditional love is basically a kind of love where there is no expectation. Nothing is expected in return for anything. Undoubtedly there are thousands of conditions given across to love and be loved.
Making love unconditional makes it static. If something is given, something is accepted in return. Nothing in the universe is static. Everything is dynamic. Just sitting here and there and thinking love is unconditional, it is like a beggar who believes that he is going to be king one day without doing anything. Love is like a flame, you have to add fuel to it, otherwise it will burn out. This is a dynamic state, not static. But as it happens with different people, the breaking point is different. Some love is fragile, but when defeat comes everything dies. Love too.
Conditional love is a little too strong, compared to unconditional love. Where something is expected by exchanging love. For example, I will love you if you do this job for me, or I will love you if you give me a million dollar.
