My Chaotic evening is frankly the aimless and busiest evening. I spend all day lying down, but in the evening, my busyness increases. All kinds of activities start one after the other. For example, I woke up slowly this morning and went to class, becoming so distracted that I arrived 16 minutes later. But I had to get to class first. I can't enjoy the time outside my room better. It was the same today. I come home after class just like every day.
My classmates have the same mentality. They don't want to spend time on campus. Though there is a positive side to it, it is that we are all trying to be self-reliant. We are constantly striving to develop our skills to be self-sufficient. Unlike others, we are not wasting time chatting on campus or in tea stall.
Instead, we are chasing after developing ourselves, but is it forbidden to enjoy it outside our room? None of them forbid us to spend all day at home, but we are not used to spending time outside the room. I can't find anything specific, especially when I'm in the room all day. Then it feels like I'm free now; I'm away from everything but not mobile; it's always in my hands to keep scrolling through the Facebook news feed. As time goes on and evening falls, the scale of my work or activity becomes heavier.
Though I would like to have less stress this time around, I don't have to worry about it all day long, so I have to do those things from little evening to late at night. About 4 hours have passed since the evening, but I feel like I have done nothing; I can't find any progress. Every day in such a situation, I am putting more pressure on myself. I can't move forward; I can't work on time. I was even failing to make time for myself. I don't know how everyone is doing, how they manage their time correctly, but my time is not being executed.
Also, last week I was taking prescription medication, including sleeping pills which made me sleep more and physically tired. Excluding other work at night, I fell asleep earlier but got up late in the morning. I don't know how to get out of it.
Anyway, I closed everything this evening, and I'm glad I got out of the house. Fear of the coronavirus of the last two years no longer helps keep things in check. No one is outside; all around is quiet; I'm walking down the street. The sky is getting a little cloudy, and I left my umbrella at home. Although the weather outside is nice, my mind is calmed when I look at that sky. I'm here to see it; I left my phone in the room. Do I have to go back for my phone ?. The cold air that people like, I feel a bit like autumn weather. However, I know something about it. That's right; my favorite time is when everything cools down at the end of the season.
