I never imagined that I would be so happy. I met her about 4 months ago and after that I didn't get a chance to meet because there was a nationwide lockdown. But I intended that the day the lockdown will over, the next day I would go to the city where my butterfly live.
Shovan, is always excited to meet his love ones, this time too there was no exception. He says to himself, I still vividly remember the day I first saw you and heard your voice. I may never forget that because I never want. I want to spend the rest of my life with you, listening to that soft voice, looking into those magical eyes. I have got willpower that I can, I will prove negative thoughts of the people around us wrong. I know I’m not smart enough, nor am I cute to look at, nor am I rich but I’m a responsible boy and have a strong attitude. And still it doesn't make any sense, but what matters is that I really care about you.
Like every time, I went to the ticket counter for a ticket. But this time was different! There are no seats, ticket for all seats are sold out. I was really disappointed, that maybe can't meet her. But I have to go to Dhaka tomorrow, Since there were no tickets on the 16th, I was told from the counter that you can get a ticket on the 18th August. But I have to go to Dhaka tomorrow not 18th, after many requests, I could not arrange a single seat. But I didnt give up.
Next day I went to the bus counter by 5 am. Because I have to go to Dhaka today, no matter what. The bus left at 5 o'clock, I requested that I can stand on the bus, but they did not allow me. As I said, I was impeccable not to give up. So I waited for the next bus, bus arrived, I requested the bus supervisor to give me a ticket. He categorically denied me, i requested him again, please take me anywhere in the bus, he agreed! I was happy that I could finally go to Dhaka but one condition was that I had to stand with the bus helper, damn! I never imagined such a day. But there was no way to goto Dhaka. Though it was challenging, but j accepted that.
After standing for about 3 hours and 30 minutes, I reached Dhaka with tiredness. I was so tired that I thought I might not be able to walk. But I was still strong because I came to see you and I will see you soon. Do you know what was the most surprising thing? When I saw you from a distance you were waiting for me all my tiredness turned into water.
And this day was the happiest day that I have not had in 4 months. But I'm so sorry that the farewell was not happy for you, nor for me. I don't know what happened to me at that time. When you left me in the rickshaw, I stared back, anxiously expecting you to look back, but you didn't.
