There are many reasons why soil fertility is low. One of these is a plastic, polythene substance that makes the soil sterile from under the ground. Polyethylene remains intact for 100-200 years under the soil. It does not rot below the ground. As a result, if there is a tree in that place, it causes a barrier to its food consumption. So wherever there is no polythene, use dustbin.
