After sneaking into Morello's garage, me and Paulie knocked out some guards, wrecked several cars, and stole Dino's luxury automobile to escape the police. Returning to Salieri's bar, Don Salieri praised Tommy's efforts, explained the mob's rules on loyalty, and officially welcomed Tommy into the family.
I had to drive all the way to Morello's bar from Salieri's base. I should have known to stay completely undetected by Morello's men, even though Paulie did not warn me about the risk beforehand.
Parked near the back of Morello's alley, Paulie suggested sneaking in to smash the vehicles parked out back to send a message.
Leaving Paulie behind to create a distraction, I moved deeper into the garage area.
While Paulie engaged the guard on duty near the entrance, I snuck up quietly from behind and knocked down a guard at the gate without raising an alarm.
Paulie joined me inside, and we pulled out baseball bats to start smashing up the luxury cars. Morello's thugs rushed into the garage to stop us, but we took them down in open combat.
Paulie suggested setting a vehicle on fire, so I aimed a Molotov cocktail and hurled it at the remaining car, causing it to explode in a burst of flames.
With the garage destroyed, Paulie pointed out Dino's personal vehicle, a fine, high-end car, as our getaway ride. We commandeered the luxury car and sped onto the main road just as local police cruisers swarmed the area in pursuit.
I slammed on the gas, navigated through the streets, and lost the cops faster than expected. Consulting the minimap, I navigated back toward Salieri's bar.
During the drive, Tommy asked about Salieri's influence with the law, and Paulie explained that while Salieri pays off a few officers, Morello has the chief of police in his pocket.
Tommy took satisfaction in getting payback against Dino, the man who had destroyed his taxi.
I pulled through the garage doors to park the stolen vehicle. Ralphie was waiting for us and asked what happened to the original car he had supplied.
Paulie told him they made an upgrade, and while Ralphie seemed unimpressed, he accepted the swap without further argument.
We went inside to report to Don Salieri. Paulie gave Tommy full credit, noting how useful he was throughout the job.
Salieri expressed his satisfaction, contrasting his business approach with Morello's hot-headed nature
Impressed by Tommy's work, the Don offered him regular employment running errands and collecting payments around the bar. Salieri laid down the ground rules about maintaining respect, avoiding foul language, and staying out of trouble with the police since the family only pays off a select few officers.
Salieri asked Tommy why men like Paulie, Sam, and Frank stayed close to him, and Tommy answered that it was because of loyalty. Satisfied with the response, Don Salieri welcomed Tommy into the family with an embrace, and Frank greeted him as the chapter came to a close.
