I have horrible internet but I still managed to snag 100 packs. My issue came from manually entering 100 and then hitting buy before the section to enter vouchers even popped up. It took almost 3 min for that section to pop up when I timed it earlier today. Would getting those 10 bonus packs be covered by Proposal 1 or?
