Hello my dear friends!
Today I made a real feat! I managed to buy gasoline! It's amazing how war turns even the simplest things into a quest. When we live a normal life, we do not pay attention to the little things that make our life comfortable. And only when you find yourself deprived of elementary things, you begin to remember that you never noticed them before.
I'm planning a trip to the city the day after tomorrow. I hope to visit my daughter. We have not seen each other for a very long time and given the conditions, we never know if life will blow us apart. So I take every opportunity to see her.
Meanwhile, my orphanage and my garden go on with their normal lives. They don't care about the war.
Everyone needs company. Crows are social creatures, they are used to living in packs. But now Bayraktar is the only crow in my house. Therefore, his communication with relatives is limited. But he does not lose heart and finds friends among other species of birds. So, seagull Dobby became his first friend.
My favorite orange roses are starting to bloom. I didn't have much hope for it. In the fall, I worked too actively with the secateurs and, to be honest, they had every reason to be offended by me for cutting the stems too short.
Squirrels Kryptonat and Javelin have already become friends. Unlike crows, squirrels are not very social and do not really need company (except in winter when they bask with each other's help), but two males can get along well in the same enclosure.
I keep trying to trim some of my dogs. But if the experience with Athos was very successful, Porthos and Toffa create a lot of problems for me! Neither of them wants to stand still, although both love it when I comb their hair. I have to run after them with a dog clipper.
Today I finally received my begonia bulbs that my friend sent me. My collection from last year is gone. Luckily, she had duplicates. Due to logistics violations, I waited for the parcel for more than two weeks ... Many bulbs have already sprouted. But fortunately they are all in order and I am in a hurry to plant them in pots.
