We don't have these problems and the bankers are always impeccably polite, but nevertheless I don't have much confidence in the banking system when it comes to keeping money (although, to be completely honest, I just don't have any money to keep in the bank right now). But my daughter in the past few months has twice encountered scammers who tried to rob her account. Of course, the existence of fraudsters is not the bank's fault, but I'm not sure how reliable the banking system is to counter them.
