Hi, my dear friends!
Perhaps those who do not have pets will think that I am becoming a neurotic, but those who do will understand me. When you have a pet, you notice the slightest changes in his or her behavior. This is what allows us to understand that something has gone wrong, because an animal, unlike a person, cannot say it.
I spent the whole day redoing the dog room yesterday. When summer comes, I move all the dogs to the first floor, it's cooler there. I started doing it now so that everything is ready for the onset of the heat. I moved the furniture a bit, put in a few extra beds for the dogs. Perhaps all these innovations provoked all further events.
In the middle of the night I woke up from the fact that Mouse was climbing onto the bed and trembling. I don’t mind when dogs climb on the bed, but for her it was strange, she prefers to sleep in a armchair.
But she didn't calm down. In the end, she sat down near the bed and sat looking at one point like that. All this made me very worried. Mouse is not a young dog and I was afraid that perhaps these were harbingers of a stroke or heart problems. In any case, I could not do anything because of the curfew and was determined to take her to the vet in the morning. Of course, I hardly slept.
But by morning the situation had changed. She was active, had a great breakfast and played with other dogs. Just in case, I called the veterinary clinic and made an appointment for her to take the tests. Just in case. Most likely, she just felt uncomfortable due to the change of scenery. But I must say that I was really scared! I just lost Star and I'm not ready for the next round of problems.
