To be honest, exams are my nightmares. Literally. The last time I took exams was about twenty years ago. But life is a very unpredictable thing...
I decided to get a new job. The list of documents that had to be prepared was quite large. I really don't like collecting all kinds of papers... Fortunately, now the main part can be obtained through electronic services. But in addition to everything, a certificate of state language proficiency was also required.
I never doubted that I knew the Ukrainian language. It's like asking an Englishman if he or she knows English! But this time I was required not just knowledge, but a fairly high level. In order to get confirmation of this, it was necessary to pass the exam at a special state certification centre and only in this way. There are no other options.
It wasn't that simple. I managed to catch a free space quite far from my house. The one-way journey took 2.5 hours. But it's good that I managed to catch an empty seat at all.
The exam consisted of testing, writing a text and a monologue. All this took place in a special electronic office. I did it pretty quickly, faster than the 60 minutes. On the same day, I got the results for the first two of the three parts of the exam. Out of 100 possible points, I got 98 and 95 points for the first two parts. The passing score is 75. I think that's a great result. Now I'm waiting for the results of the third part, but I don't think they will be so bad that I fail the exam.
Overall, it was an interesting experience 馃槈
