More info in this Twitter thread. The Duke researchers are using the “heart in a box” warm perfusion system described in this post to r/sciences (a new science sub, think about subscribing!).
RE: The evidence that video games lead to violence is weak, according to a novel analysis of different meta-analyses, which suggests that video games probably do increase aggressive reactions, but that the effects are quite small.
Yeah the whole video games causing mass violence kind of loses it's steam when you look at other countries with insanely high video game percentages and way lower crime and violence rates....
