A few grounds rules:

• Do not name any victims until their identities are confirmed and made public.

• Do not share any video/images that could identify the injured, dead, or dying. You can share video/images from the scene, but if a victim could be identified in those videos/images, it will be removed.

If you violate either of these rules, you will be permanently banned.
