Dudes, true story. For 25 years i worked as an addiction counselor. During my internship in the 80's, I had a patient who was HIV positive that disclosed to me that he was on a mission to infect as many people as possible. It was made clear to me at that time by my supervisor, due to the laws in place at that time, that I could NOT disclose this to anyone. It was a moral conundrum. He has since died and I have no idea the degree to which he carried out his "goal".
