The paramedic looks really pissed off when he looks directly at the cops and said "he's dead" and just kept staring when the cops said "what?"

EDIT 2: Thanks to all the paramedics responding to this, I have no idea what the proper protocol is but I know they shouldn't have put the sedative if he was on cocaine. I had no idea who's call that is either.
