Some of you guys need to read the article. Jesus. He alleges that he’s been harassed for years (since 2017) and nothing was done. Some incidents include being called the n word multiple times and coworker(s) peeing on his desk and chair. It was ignored / he was retaliated against (he said he was moved to a building with no A/C after complaining). In addition, Boeing fired the person responsible for the noose so it’s not a hoax. If he’s telling the truth he has a good chance of winning.

I think the noose was the last straw for him and that’s when he decided to sue.
